An economist and lecturer at Telecom-Paristech, she is also a researcher at the Centre pour la recherche économique et ses applications (Cepremap). Her research focuses on public employment, state reform and workplace performance. She is the author of Les Stratégies absurdes. Comment faire pire en croyant faire mieux (Seuil, 2009).
