Arnaud Bontemps is a senior civil servant. He has worked to ensure the proper use of public funds, first in the Seine-Saint-Denis department and later at the French National Health Insurance Fund. As the founder of the collective “Nos services publics,” he currently serves as its co-spokesperson.
