Linda Cardinal is Professor of Political Science at the University of Ottawa (Canada) and holds the Research Chair in Francophonie and Public Policy. Her research focuses on the relationship between language, law and politics, the comparative analysis of linguistic regimes and the issues of linguistic minorities.
