Parental burn-out
In collaboration with De Boeck SupérieurPresentation
It's estimated today that around 5% of parents suffer from parental burn-out, crushed by the pressure to have a happy child at all costs. How is parental burn-out different from professional burn-out or other forms of depression or exhaustion? What are the risk factors and consequences for the parent, children and partner? How can it be spotted, diagnosed, but also managed, whether in individual consultation or group therapy?
