Trauma and resilience
In collaboration with Le Carnet PsyThe notion of resilience has enjoyed considerable success in recent years, justifying extensions far beyond psychopathology. This boom has been accompanied by a loss of conceptual clarity for the notion, producing in turn numerous criticisms of the uses of resilience. This meeting aims to clarify the sources, studies and issues of resilience in its links with the destinies of trauma.
Boris Cyrulnik is a neurologist, psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. He is the author of a significant number of books on resilience and has played a decisive role in the dissemination of this notion.
