This text is the result of a psychologist’s practice as supervisor to a sharing group, which met monthly for 8 years within a palliative care service. The purpose is to describe the issues raised in this work for the whole group, the health care team, and the psychologist supervising this group, and to attempt an outline of a few important points for such an approach. The history of the group is not central. Rather, the point here is to outline its dynamics and meaning, from the point of view of the one who was entrusted with its path during this period.
