David Gouard is a lecturer in political science at Toulouse-Jean Jaurès University. He is a member of the Centre d'étude et de recherche travail organisation pouvoir (CERTOP) and a research associate at the Centre d'études politiques et sociales (CEPEL). His work is in the field of electoral sociology.
