El-Mouhoub Mouhoud (E.M. Mouhoud) is a Franco-Algerian economist specializing in globalization and its effects, relocation and re-location of activities, international migration and Euro-Mediterranean relations. He is founder and director of the Groupement de Recherches International du CNRS DREEM (Développement des Recherches Économiques Euro-méditerranéennes), and a member of the Laboratoire d'Économie de Dauphine (LEDa). He is also President of Université Paris-Dauphine (PSL).
