Maëva Durand is a lecturer in political science at the University of Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis. Her work focuses on the relationship of working-class women to politics, understood through an ethnographic approach conducted in rural and industrial areas as well as in impoverished medium-sized towns.
