Michel Hubert is visiting professor emeritus at the Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles and the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). He is founding director of the journal Brussels Studies and a member of the Steering Committee of the Centre Interuniversitaire d'Etude de la Mobilité (CIEM).
