About
Graduate agronomist from AgroParisTech and holder of a PhD in agronomy from the Institut national polytechnique de Toulouse. Currently a researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich, he is also working with INRA on the issue of vegetarian transitions.
