Professor of contemporary history at Sorbonne University, he is a specialist in political history. He recently published, with Jean Philippet, Février 34. L’affrontement (Fayard, 2024, winner of the Académie française’s Prix Thiers) and Charles Maurras, le nationaliste intégral (Ekho/Dunod, 2023, 3rd expanded edition [2013]).
