Pat Devine is honorary research fellow at the University of Manchester, and co-convenor of the Red Green Study Group. He is the author of Democracy and Economic Planning: The Political Economy of a Self-governing Society (Cambridge, Polity Press, 1988/2008), and co-author of What on Earth Is To Be Done? (Red Green Study Group, 1995).
