Philippe Mangin, Professor Emeritus at the École des Mines de Nancy (University of Lorraine), is a researcher at the Jean Lamour Institute. His work has been conducted in close collaboration with neutron research reactors (LLL—Grenoble, LLB—Saclay, NIST—Gaithersburg).
