A holder of the Agrégation and a graduate of Sciences Po (summa cum laude), he is an associate professor of history at the University of Paris-Est-Créteil. As Michel Rocard’s biographer, he has published *Michel Rocard* (Perrin, 2020), *Pierre Mauroy. The Last Socialist (Passés Composés, 2024, Special Prize of the Members of Parliament) and, with Judith Bonnin, Mitterrand (PUF, 2026).
