About
Pierre Marty died in 1993. He was a psychiatrist, psychoanalyst and president of the Société psychanalytique de Paris. In 1978, with Michel Fain, he founded the Institut de psychosomatique de Paris, of which he was chief physician. Together with Michel Fain, Michel de M'Uzan and Christian David, he founded the Paris School of Psychosomatics.
