Sandrine HALFEN works at ANRS MIE as Deputy Head of the Public Health, Human and Social Sciences Research Department. Trained as a socio-demographer, she wrote her thesis in Martinique (1997-2000) on medical practices and population behavior in relation to HIV screening.
