(University of Paris 8) studies the dynamics of racialization in France. He is the author of *Panthers and Pirates: African Americans Between Class Struggle and “Black Power”* (La Découverte, 2022) and co-edited, with Tyler Stovall and Emmanuelle Sibeud, *The Black Populations of France*.
